Trophy came out in a timely manner after contacting them. He seemed knowledgeable and was professional. He stated that he wasn't able to quote me a price prior to the job being done because he wasn't sure were the leak was coming from. Not sure if the price was fair or unfair because I did not have other quotes to compare it with. If plumbing service is needed again I would call Trophy (along with others) to get a quote. Great Job!

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Called to let me know when they would be arriving because an earlier job had held them up. Very friendly, efficient and they cleaned the work area after they were done. The price was high but I had nothing to compare it to. The price might have been the same no matter who I had called. I will use Trophy again if I have a plumbing problem.

Actually he called me immediately and we discussed my needs at the house; however, due to my Dad's illness I had to postpone having someone at the house. I do; however, plan to have him within the next week.

I came home from work at midnight to a broken hot water pipe in my shed. Hot water was shooting everywhere. I got the water to the house turned off and next morning called Larry at about for help. He arrived at 8:15 a.m. and fixed the prob. The cost was minimal in comparison and Larry was friendly, knowlegeable and efficient. It's nice to know someone out there still believes in good customer service. I will use Larry for future plumbing needs. Keep this one, Service Magic; he's an asset.
