My driveway is steep and twisted, he had to dig up part of my lawn. I did not get a estimate and wish I could have been forewarned about the price of $150.00, before he did it. I got as good a job as one could get with 3 foot of snow on the ground, at the time of the project. I would use him again; just not happy about my lawn.

Very quick response to request. Reasonable cost. I have only received lawn service one time at this point so I can not say how things will go long term. Work provided thus far was good. Owner seems conscientious and dedicated.

1. Gave us a bid for the project, completed work and then tried to get us pay more than 2 times the original bid. 2. Communications are very difficult. Does not respond to tel. calls or e-mails in a timely fashion. Delayed the start of the project several times claiming various excuses - broken equipment, other jobs, taxes,... 3. Very badly organized, came to the property without informing us, despite our requests to be notified a day in advance.

1) not true. I'm very good on calling back and emailing. They never called my cell. I'm sorry we do have problems from time to time and I do always call let them no, cant help unexpected problems. I am organized but very busy as all landscaper are at this time. Can't notified a customer when grass crew is coming each week but at first I tell them there schedule day.
