I have never had the pleaseure to work with such professional and friendly people. We had an entire bathroom that had to be torn completely out & redone, half of our bedroom ceiling & the enitire bedroom closet and partially the master bathroom. These guys are so maticulus about there work. they did the work as if it was there own home. They were so great about cleaning up, not leaving a mess and then when everything was finished they had someone come in & actually clean the rooms that they worked in, vacum, mop floor, dust and then came back and steam cleaned my carpet in the 2 rooms they were working in. Wow!! who else would do that.

The cleared the mold out of my basement in the timeframe the promissed. They explained what they were doing and why and they were on time for me to let them into my house. My only complaint was that I never received the final invoice summary from them for my records.

We were glad to be of service to this customer. What they may not have realized was that all of the paperwork for this insurance claim was completed up front in the process with both them and the insurance company. we will be providing again.

Scott Smith arrived 30 minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise. He gave me lots of useful information about the care of carpeting. He did damage the hardwood floor, but came back a week later as promised and repaired the damage.

They did a wonderful job! They also showed up on time as promised and finished on time as promised. They did a great job and we have asked for quotes on other jobs around our house. I would highly recommend them to all my friends, in fact I already have!
