All in all, I was 80% happy. One of the beds they cut had a ragged edge, and wasn't the width I wanted. There were a few other beds that needed re-mulching, which I thought was obvious, but I guess I neglected to specifically point them out. They should have asked us. Also, the owner called me after giving me an estimate saying that I missed a meeting with him. He had me confused with someone else. I'd say a bit more organization and communication, with a slightly sharper eye for detail would have made this a perfect job.

They were prompt contacting us and actually did the work a couple of days after we contacted them. The work was just what we asked for and they cleaned up after they were done. The price was very reasonable and the materials used were first quality, and the workmen were all well trained.
