Trips never called to let me know he was being delayed a day he was very delayed and never called me back when he was Gonna be coming had to have them back numerous time times to repair the job and it was never really done to my satisfaction

Doug hired me to put up holiday lighting for him. He had some very old holiday lights the majority of which were not in working condition. I was able to do Doug a favor and repair his lights adding new fuses and extension chords at my expense. When they burned out I Doug would get very short and angry even though I would come out the very next day and repair them again at not extra cost. Doug's job was delayed by a snow storm and I did make you aware of when your installation was being rescheduled. Holiday lights are not designed to last forever. We did you a big favor working with your old lights.

Trip was knowledgeable about materials and design and had an artistic sense of what would work in the given space, with consideration of my specific requirements.
