Hello My name is Peter Adair and I am the owner/operator of Trinity Custom flooring. My love for working with wood was born at the tender age of 3 when I started to help my dad in his work shop. Until I left for college we sent hours building fine furniture and picture frames for friends and family. You can only really understand the living material that is wood by spending time with it, after 27 years I understand every little thing. Working with wood is an art form, whether you are building a basic table of pine or installing an exotic Brazilian Walnut (Epi) staircase, your passion will always shine through. We here at Trinity Custom Flooring are obsessed with taking care of our clients. We are not the oldest flooring company in Denver, but the floors that we create are top tier. Our number one goal is your satisfaction. We start the process of your floor with a consultative estimate where our goal is to find exactly what you want.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
This was a 2 phase project. He did a great job on the first phase. On time and good quality. He didn't show up when he was supposed to on both parts of the 2nd phase. He also had to redo part of the 2nd phase. Overall quality when finished was very good but not showing up when scheduled and taking days to return phone calls was really frustrating.

I found this review very confusing. We completed the first phase of her project on time and perfectly and then waited for her to call for the second phase. She scheduled us and then changed the scheduled week multiple times, which we were more then happy to accommodate. At the last moment she really needed us to fit her in when we already had a full schedule, so we moved some things around to make it work. I just find this review disappointing and misinformed. I am glad that she was still really really happy with her final product.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
It was a complicated project: living room, kitchen, dining room, stairway to the 2nd floor, guest bathroom, and pantry. About half of it involved removing tile, the other half was carpeted. The stairway was carpeted and had curved steps at the bottom and a bend in the middle. The guys did a fantastic job. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I am so happy with the result I'm bringing them back to do the hallways upstairs. Don't bother calling Home Depot or any of the big chains, the prices they quoted were significantly more expensive and refused to even consider doing the stairs.

The owner, Pete is a great guy, who is smart, hardworking and honest, a sadly rare combination these days. I installed new flooring, tying it in with existing flooring, Pete provided me with technical assistance, talking me through the challenging aspects, day or night, even on weekends. When I had questions, Pete had answers. And the finished product, thanks to Pete's great refinishing job, is just fantastic.

Our floor is fantastic! These guys REALLY know what they're doing. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. Steve went out of his way work with us, and has a real eye for details. What a beautiful finished product! We're more than happy!
