The final product (new deck) is very nice, and both my wife and I are pleased with it.  We did have a few concerns as the work was being done, but Trinity (Jesse and Jake) corrected all of the items we asked to be changed.

Excellent job, reasonable cost!   Owner is a charmer, eagar to please!  Some scheduling problems due to wood supply and weather, but understandable.  Since the cost of most of the job is shared with a neighbor, she needs to be satisfied with the issue of the concrete that anchors the posts not being poured up to soil level or even up to 6 inches below soil level.  However, other posts in the neighborhood are similarly anchored--with no visible concrete.   Only 2 of my previously done posts are anchored with visible concreate, but they are corner posts.  Thanks.
