This guy was almost as through as Holmes! The only think he didn't was cut holes in the wall to see what was behind them. He took the time to explain everything. This was the best inspector I have ever seen personally.

I did my research before choosing an inspector and I am very pleased with the results. I was able to get a quick quote from Todd with a thorough explanation of the process. I felt very confident in his abilities and equipment. He was on time, very friendly and completely competent. He had up to date lists of serial numbers and was very knowlegable about local building codes. The report was issued very quickly and he made sure to let me know that he was available at any time for questions. I couldn't have asked for more!

Todd Beekman, the owner, responded to my call very quickly. He did the testing himself. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable about mold. The test came back in two days. He was very thorough in explaining the results of the test and how the problem needs to rectified. Todd also supplied us with a list of certified companies to fix our mold issues. I HIGHLY recommend Todd Beekman and Tricor!

Very detailed. Uses the latest technology to assist in his inspection. Arrived early, completed a thorough job and had a report to us by 6pm that evening. Responsive to follow up questions. Very helpful Todd is an engineer by training and a business man so he can speak to both sides of an issue in a home inspection. Thank you Todd for great work!

He did a great job explaining the field of "Home Inspection" . However , after I hired him I learned from other realtors that he charged me way too much. The condo was only five years old and I was informed that this should have only cost about $ 165 and not $ 250. His overall customer service was great and he did the inspection so fast. Almost too fast for the deep observance that he said he would do. My last home inspection on a past property of four years ago took three hours ( 3 hrs. ) and it was the same sq. footage of this condo I am buying. I will give him great credit for having the latest tools. His Price is OVERPRICED !
Comment from Tricor Inspection, LLC
It is unfortunate that you feel that you overpaid as you did have three home inspectors from Service Magic to choose from and outside sources as well. I do consider my services to be competitive. There is always someone less expensive. I did a thorough job for you and time is always relative to problems encountered.

Very easyto work with. Gives you a very good report with pictures of the problem areas. He uses some very high tech tools to see behind the walls and check for potential problem areas. Worth the money

Todd was great in not only with timely response, but in scheduling, working with my realtor, availability, and in setting expectations. During the inspection, he explained everything as we went, root causes, recommended fixes & even told us a few things to expect from the mortgage appraiser. His use of a thermal imagery was something that none of the other inspectors used. His report was sent with photos on the same day! He is efficient, professional & very detail oriented... I highly recommend him!
