Customer Service is great. Work is good, but did not catch the overall problem. Immediate problem was fixed (short term). Would I use him again, yes!

Carlos was very nice but the bottom line is i paid $300 to have the boiler vacumed out with my vacum.He couldn't figure out what was wrong with the thermostat,told me i had to figure out why the radiator on the second floor was not working because he couldn't and that i needed to buy boiler cement and seal up the boiler vent.Before he left i was assured i would have heat once the psi went down from 10 to 5.I DIDN'T.I have small children living upstairs with no heat.I now have to spend more money on a proffesional tech.Triboro should stick to AC's

Project: Install a Window Air Conditioning Unit
Worked with my changing schedule, and was on time even though I was a few minutes late. Very quick- no more than 20 min to install a window A/C unit. also showed me how to use it, how to clean filter, and stayed to make sure the compressor kicked in and that everything was working. I recommend.
