Larry was very knowledgeable, did a professional job performing the inspection, and answered all my questions.  His written report, which included digital photos, was just what was required for this job.  He offered good advice on a number of topics, even outside the scope of our original request.    The price he quoted was the price we paid, it was well worth the money to find out we did not have a problem.  We would definitely seek his advice in the future and would highly recommend his services.
