Reasonable price, owner took time to explain the service. Service agent showed up the next day to help my tenant with the mice problem and sent the receipt as promised. Thanks.

Travis Fogel was very nice. He responded to the request quickly. He was knowledgeable about our bed bug problem. The treatments are not finished and it is to soon to tell if the results are what I expect. He is very nice to work with and I you can joke about the situation with him that is a good sign. I was able to call him on a Sunday and ask queastions, that was really nice. In fact he called me on Sunday which blew my mind away, I figured that it would be Monday before anyone called. I would recommend him for a pest problem to anyone.

I actually was not at home when they came, but they arrived on time and did a very thorough job. We have not had a reoccurance of any insects. My only concern was the lingering toxic smell since I had asked for environmentally friendly products.
