They were 1-1/2 hour late for our scheduled appt but called in a timely manner to inform me of their late arrival. My white sofa was soiled by either the worker or the equipment and I was not informed of this by Tri-Weh. Fortunately, I was able to clean the soiled area myself without any permanent damage. I would recommend this company for light to moderately soiled carpeting. I don't think their cleaning process if effective for heavily soiled areas.
