Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
After several delays (on MY part), when the plumbing project was finally ready to go forward, they responded quickly, performed an impeccable job, and provided the best customer service I have experienced. I would recommend them highly.

He was a really nice guy, and in the end charged me a couple hundred for materials extra to the job for stuff I asked him to do extra after we agreed on our contract. The job was generally fine, but toward the end they were rushed and the work became sloppy. They did electrical and general work, and the finish job (sanding down, corners) was not the best (I had to do some of the finish work myself). One big complaint was they gouged the floor in many places and did nothing about it, so I have to spot sand and polyurethane big chunks of the floor myself.

We made an appointment and he did not show up or call when he couldn"t make it until the next day. That was poor customer service, but when he came he was very courteous and professional.

The appointment needed to be re-scheduled at no fault of my own. When it was re-scheduled it was stated to me for a 830am start time. They did not call 24hrs prior to confirm, and the electrician was 45 minutes late. It cost about what I had thought for the job. The electician was very professional and finished the job quickly. I would use them again. Just show up on time and call to confirm before hand.

The electrician, Al was very knowledgeable and quite personable. I was under a tight deadline and although there were some delays in getting the work done the company worked really hard to meet my deadline and I am very pleased that they took time to consider me. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and I really appreciated that. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others. Excellent customer service. I run a customer service training program so I should know.
