Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation

Found a better basement system than the one Tri-Sate has but it was beyond the 3-day cancelation date. When I asked to cancel they said the materials were ordered and waiting for my property and that they cannot return them (as if they couldn't be used elsewhere) and if I didn't allow the work to begin I would be charged a penalty of 75% of cost. Grrrr...! Their system is inadequate for its' stated purpose, there is no common conduit for the drainage back to sump, I guess the water would be allowed to permeate the trap rock and sit there. Do not use this company and do question any interior drain system that does contain a collection conduit

THE THREE YOUNG MEN CAME IN AND STARTED TO WORK RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE VERY NICE.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation

Our basement is not dry after paying them close to $7,000 to fix it. All of a sudden we can't get a hold of them (we could all the time before) and they are not helpful in fixing these problems. We have had to call a lawyer. Shop around and get lots of advice on a wet basement! Not an easy thing to fix, and it is only harder when your contractor won't help resolve the problem. Would not recommend them ever to anyone.

I had at multiple calls to schedule an appt, even after I had an appt. Nearly 3 weeks passed by before a date was scheduled to do the work, then I only had 2 days notice. The workers were on time to do the job. During the time of the job being done, the field supervisor had to be contacted due to the job not meeting the specs of the estimate. After the job was completed, I found hatch cap assembly for the attic, not to be acceptable. Two calls have been placed to the company at this time to have the work inspected. I leave messages, but do not receive a call back.

Estimating services were good. They came out a second time and offered me a lower price to choose them. Installers were a little late - but right after big snow storm so it was understandable. Installer (William) was very knowledgable, helpful and courteous. Installation went off without a hitch and they cleaned up nicely after themselves. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Project: Install or Replace Gutter Covers and Accessories

One of the gutters leaks at the end. It is not imprtant enough to try to fix it as it is well oyt of the area were it is going to drain on someone. I have already referred you to two people, one of which I know that you have done some work for and I have received a cash reward. The second person i have yet to hear back from. Thank you
