I was impressed by the work of the contractors. They were prompt, friendly, and very skilled at installing the foam and cleaning up. The cost was extremely reasonable, and the foam is wonderful.

Due to financing, I waited 4.5 mo. before signing contract setting start date. Tri-State kept their promise & price, even gave me a large discount for me doing major prep-work ahead of their arrival. They showed up on-time, and their insulation job was top-notch, much better than I expected. When they ran into an obstacle, like the "can" ceiling lighting, they innovated, built a box around the can, and sealed it all - Even built me a custom-door for the attic, at no extra cost, providing complete sealant of the entire attic area. They are Number 1 firm, reliable, get the job done (at the estimated cost) professionals.
