Felix was great! He called within minutes of me submitting a request and handled our lock problem in a professional manner. Instead of trying to get us to go for a more complicated, expensive option, he provided us with a cheaper, safer option to solve our issue. He followed up with a phone call and came out the next day to install a new lock on our sliding door. He even came out after 7pm, when it was more convenient for our schedule. He was also polite and cleaned up the entire work area before leaving. Price was right too! Thanks Felilx!

Felix was professional, honest & did a great job. My toddler locked his bedroom door right before bedtime, but Felix arrived quickly & unlocked the bedroom door in seconds. Thank you!!!

Overall I was satisfied with the service & would recommend them but it would have been nice to know about the $55 trip charge ahead of time so that I could make an informed decision about which contractor I would have booked with. I felt that it was dishonest at best not to disclose the $55 trip charge that in the end is not applied to the rendered service. When asked why I was not informed, the service tech said that the charge is mandatory and that all lock smiths charge a trip charge. Whether that is true or not is besides the point, the customer needs to be informed of such a charge at the time of making the appointment.

I am so sorry, but the lady didn't ask me about the price. She just gave me her name and address. And said can you come and do the job tomorrow on a Sunday, and i said yes. My van doesn't run on water. Again i am sorry. Thanks Felix
