If I could give Joel a 10 rating, I would! Joel installed a top-nail hardwood floor in our foyer to match the height of other existing top-nail wood floors. He refinished our family room and dining room floors (from extremely dark to natural oak) and the results are absolutely stunning! He cleaned everything up each day and his dustless vacuum system is truly amazing. Joel is extremely professional and really takes pride in his work. We highly recommend TriCounty to anyone interested in hardwood floor refinishing, repair, or install. We will be calling him back when we get our other rooms done!

Joel started out this job beautifully, came right out to give us the estimate, showed up on time the first day and worked 10 hours, next 3 days came out on time and worked on floor. He never finished job he just disappeared - and the worst part - there is a big footprint in the stain in the floor. We were very disappointed, he seemed like a very nice and polite gentleman so we were very surprised when he never came back, we left 3 messages but he never got back to us.

This rating and review is not how I treat my customers or is it how my jobs turn out.I have many happy customers and I am a perfectionist in everything I do.I was unable to make this customer happy from the beginning of this job until the last day.I do not beleive any contractor could have met their needs.I am a patient,nice person who does everything I can to make my customers happy.I asked the customer to stay off the floor for 3 hours,apparently someone stepped on the wet stain and left a footprint.I can't help it if someone does not follow my instructions.I offered to redo the floor,but not for free.This was a job I wish I passed on.

Finished floor is beautiful! Joel was able to bring a very scratched, dull floor back to it's former glory. The wood is original to the 1920 house and looks better than new. Joel was great to work with and cares about the final look as much as I do.

Joel is one of the most professional, and personable individuals I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. He showed up on time, and the results were flawless. I have already given him a recommendation to a friend. He has the experience, and leading edge equipment to get the job done. Our floors are over 50 years old, and they look brand new!!

Joel showed up on time and quickly got to work. He let me know what he was doing each step of the way. Prior to starting Joel sent me tips on how to care for the newly re-finished floor. He was extremely professional and courteous. And best of all the floor looks great!

he was on time every day and kept everything very tidy. the floors look amazing. we had him refinish half the house and install new floors to match the older floors in the kitchen. you cannot tell the difference. everything looks great and the work was fantastic.

WOW....you don't find a craftsman everyday who pays attention to detail like the owner of Tri County Hardwood. We did 4 bedrooms, an oversized hallway, living room and 12 stairs. His work was extremely clean and dust free which just blew us away. We even gave him extra $ for being so good at what he does. Beautiful job
