This was the second time I called on Tri County. The dispatcher was courteous efficient and got me in on short notice. The cleaning crew, who by the way is headed by one of the owners, was on time, friendly, courteous and throughly professional. The job was done in short order, perfectly, all on the day before Thanksgiving. The price was as quoted, extremely reasonable and included a "holiday discount" I'd recommend them over and over again. Tri-County makes me glad I kept the carpet and didn't spend $8k on wood floors. .

These gentlemen were professional. arrived on time. did a great job for an extremely reasonable price. I would use them again and again.

Guy's were great, but results were a disaster. some of the spots were removed. simple traffic areas still dirty, base board areas "Black" with dirt. After further inspection some areas not even touched (livingroom near window, and bedroom near corners). I paid good money for this service and I am not satistifed.

But, we spent over 3.75 hours on a normal 1.5 hours job. He told us not to get up against the baseboards because of freshly new paint. The white carpet looked very good but not new! The eldery lady who lived there before had a walker and the traffic area where she walked indented the carpet. We gave the gentleman a disclaimer before starting the job. We give a 100% money back guarantee if not completely satisfied.
