I finally found a contractor I can trust. Joe Siddron and Tri County Builders are a team I would recommend to everyone. They are on time, do quality work and stay within budget. They follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the job. They take pride in their work, which sets them apart from many other contractors.

Joe from Tri County was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Not only was the work done to our satisfaction, but they also were very consciencious about keeping the costs as low as possible. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone needing a home contractor.

Tri County was the best honest and reliable. He completed the project on time and received approval from the town. Joe can use me anytime for a referance. The others contractors looked at the jobh and one of them tried to charce me $15.5k, of which I didn't need, don't do business with him, for his name ask Tri County for my e-mail and I will steer you clear. The others looked at the job and never returned my calls. Joe from Tri County builders is great.....

Tom at Tri-County builders was exceptional.he cleaned up after himself, and did a superb job remodeling our bathroom installing a new kitchen sink, and fixing some tile in our 2nd bath.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Tri County came in with a reasonable price. They completed the work on schedule. They always showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. The owner, Joe, even called after the work was done to make sure everything was fine. I am pleased with my new bathroom.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
WE HAD A LOAD BEARING WALL REMOVED SO THAT WE COULD HAVE A LARGE LIVING ROOM INSTEAD OF SMALL LIVING ROOM AND A DEN. JOE GAVE US A COMPETATIVE ESTIMATE, WHICH WAS THE COST AT THE END OF THE JOB. HE EXPLAINED ALL POTENTIAL OBSTICLES AND ADDITIONAL COST THAT MIGHT OCCUR BECAUSE WENT WANTED THE BEAM BURRIED IN THE CEILING (A.C. DUCT, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL). AS WE WENT ALONG WE ADDED OTHER SMALL PROJECTS TO THE JOB (OPEN ENTRANCE AND STAIRWAY TO THE ROOM, WHICH HE CHARGED US ACCORDINGY. WE WERE SATISFIED WITH ALL SUB CONTRACTORS HIRED FOR OUR PROJECT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THAT I EXPERIENCED WAS THE TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND LESS THAN PERFECT SPACKLING. WITH A LITTLE MORE COMMUNICATION AND SUPERVISION ON THE JOB THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED.
