We're very pleased with our new system and the installation experience. We had a million questions as we were trying to select an alarm company and Mike patiently answered them all. He responded quickly to e-mails and phone calls, and was prompt for the quote and installation visits. There were no surprises, and our final costs for the Honeywell system and Vector monitoring were significantly less than any other quotes we'd received from other alarm companies (including another Vector salesperson). We enthusiastically recommend Tri-County Alarms and owner Mike Owens!

Mike is great. My old alarm system was malfunctioning. I posted online that I was having a problem, Mike called me right away and walked me disconnecting the system.

The owner, Mike Owens called me upon receiving the referral from Service Magic. I had checked the company's web site and had questions about the system to be installed. He arrived on time to the initial appointment and discussed with me the system that would be installed, which was taylored to the way I live. He came on time to install the system was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. He explained the system to me after it was installed and showed me how to use it.
