Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
Tony contacted me immediately, cam out with a carpenter to look at my job, emailed me a quote, called to see if I had any questions, professionally completed the job, and picked up payment all in less than 10 days. The job entailed structural repairs and I feel confident that my deck is now safe and secure for my family. I highly recommend this firm's customer service and professionalism.

Fantastic work. Quality is important to me and what they have done so far makes me start getting anxious to start another project. The nice thing is they are fair, they are doing small jobs as well as the big ones! It's sometimes hard to find someone that will do repairs--they don't want to spend the time. These guys make suggestions and let you decide which way is going to work better for you. (repair or replace)

Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
Project was exterior work, so he drove by my home the day he was notified by Service Magic, so the first time he called me to set anything up he already had the project scope figured out. He gave me his bid that day, which was very competitive, and completed the job within a week.

Tri-Con resolved a challenging problem we had with our siding and front porch. They did a thorough and professional job, even alerting us to some structural issues we weren't aware of. Our final product is of very high quality - we are very pleased. We have recommended Tri-Con Properties to neighbors and friends.

Tony and his crew completed 2 projects for us back to back - one planned wood rot replacement and one emergency leaking roof repair. Both times Tony was quick with the estimates and the work was completed very promptly. The wood rot repair looks fantastic (they even repainted for us) and the roof no longer leaks in the rain. We couldn't be happier with the results of both jobs and will definitely call him for any future work and will refer others to him. Thanks again, Tony!
