They came when they said they would. Did the work on schedule, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves. EVerything you could ask for.

Tri-City was on-time, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, thorough and worked quickly as well as offered to install older parts and waive the charge for labor.

Project: Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Although the installation went smoothly, I have 4 issues with Tri-City.
1. I had no heat and it took more than 1 week before my job was scheduled.
2. I received 3 heaters to help heat my home until my furnace was installed. They were not sufficient and not used. My furnace was installed on Dec 20th. As of Jan 3rd they have not been picked up.
3. Before installation I confirmed that the unit I wanted qualified for a $500 rebate and tax credit. I am still waiting on the paperwork to submit for the rebate.
4. A sales rep has not contacted me to follow-up on my experience w/the company, even after I called and made that request.

Yearly cleaning "deal" is a scam. Refused to clean at quoted price, and said that it would cost 5-6x more, then demanded payment of original fee without having done any work. Clearly just trying to make some extra money off of a young homeowner.

I decided to not go ahead with my project but I was impressed with the amount of time it took for the company to call me back and the follow they took to get in touch with me. It shows this company cares about its customers.
