Quick to respond. I selected 2 other providers on this website and never heard from them. After 2 days in system, the gentlemen were onsite and completed tasks timely. Very neat and met my expectations. I have recommended them already and their job starts this week.

Wanted to let you know that Barbara (Phone Representative) and Chad (Electrician) were both wonderful to work. Barbara made certain that date/time to schedule the appointment was accommodating to my work schedule. The services performed far exceeded my expectations and as such, I would give them an A+ rating for services performed, quality of work and reasonable cost.

Tri-city was very informative after my inspection. The next day after I brought all that I needed (ceiling fan, g. disposal, new light fixtures). Chad & his brother came in and did an excellent job. The 3rd day from airport I called needing additional work done. Call the office and spoke to Barbara (who was my strength on my visit with help get the work done) the work was completed before I reached home that evening. I highly recommend Tri-City Electric.

way too expensive. they had to come back out to fix an overlooked problem. nice guys though.

We want to be the best we can be for our customers. We never wanted to be the cheapest, only the best. There really was no overlooked problem, The 3-way switch in the upstairs bath was wired wrong. We came back out without any additional charges.

Chad and his brother did a great job! Barbara, the office manager, was also very nice and helped with setting up our appointments promptly. They only fixed what needed to be repaired from lightning damage and did not try to push us to do some other things that we did not need to do right away. They even helped out with my phone line issue before leaving. They are very down to earth and personable. We will definitely use them for any electrical needs in the future. We highly recommend this company.
