Paul Trench runs a tight operation. He was very responsive to my needs and met our budget requirements. We had minor post-instulation issues that were immediately addressed. Installtion work included tile and carpet w/ one year warranty. Would definitely recommend Trench Flooring.

We had tiling put down and it looks great and was a very good price. I would recommend Trench, especially for tile flooring as the job that was completed was done very well and in a timely matter; always working within our limited time. We are going to call Mr. Trench back when it is time to do our kitchen floor in the future. Also had some additional work complete, and the drywall framing was done very well. We had several people out for estimates and Trench gave us our best value for the money.

Mr. Trench scheduled a consultation immediately. He explained everything in detail. He emailed a recap of services we discussed and prices for service. He advised me to take my time to think about his offer and get estimates from other companies. I called him back after consulting with others. He came back out for a final consultation. His crew arrived timely. The completed both the carpeting upstairs and the hardwood floors on the main level all in one day. He called me back to follow up on how I felt about the job before he charged me the balance of the payment.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
I HAD 500 SQUARE FEET OF OAK INSTALLED, 4 ROOMS PAINTED, STAIRS REFINISHED AND CRACKED TILES REPLACED IN THE KITCHEN. PAUL AND CHARLES ARE GREAT GUYS TO DEAL WITH AND THE CREWS WERE FAST AND VERY DETAILED. THE PAINTING WAS NEAR PERFECT IN THAT I HAVE STAINED DOORS AND WINDOWS AND THEY CUT IN EVERYTHING TO NEAR PERFECTION. THE STAIRS AND THE HARDWOOD FLOORS ARE TIGHT AND THE DETAIL FINISH WAS PERFECT. i AM A CONTRACTOR MYSELF AND I WANTED SOMEONE TO DO THE WORK FOR A CHANGE AND SIT BACK AND RELAX. IM HAPPY I LUCKED OUT FINDING THESE GUYS AND WILL BE USING THEM FOR A FEW MORE PROJECTS I HAVE IN MIND. 5 stars from me!!!!!

Very professional and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure the job was done to our specifications and came by the house to inspect the work being done every day the workers were at our home. There was a change in the design work and they were amenable to changing the plan. We needed additional tile and they were able to get that tile if 2 days. Will recommend them to my friends and relatives.

Excellent service - from the first sales visit, to the project and follow-up. I wanted to deal with this company because of their personal attention to all aspects of the job, but the initial price quote was higher than a competitior. However, they agreed to meet the lower price quote. They did excellent work on schedule. I could not be more pleased.
