Project: Repair an Attic or Whole House Fan
Called immediately and arranged to come right over; fixed the problem right away! The most important thing was that he "stayed with" the problem despite the fact that it wasn't the simple fix he thought it was at first: he tried several things--crawling around a hot afternoon attic--until it was fixed. Then he TALKED with me and told me what the problem was, possible issues to watch for in the future, and ways to address them: very helpful indeed!

This was my first experience and it went better than great. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the work was done efficiently . Total time spent on job was 2 hours. Problem is now solved!

We had an open neutral that we couldn't figure out on our own. They called early the next morning (we submitted the request after business hours the night before) and were even able to come to fix the problem that same afternoon. Everything works now, so we are happy!

Traynor Electric not only met my technical needs but remarkably surpasssed my expectations for the service they provided. This company helped my acquire a replacement fan from one that was defective. Furthermore,, Traynor Electiric even made an additional service call on their own time to help me with the installation. Without a doubt, they are the best electricians this side of the Mississippi!
