The owner showed up an hour after I called him on a saturday night for a possum trapped in a window well. The possum got out before the owner arrived but he did not want to charge me for the call. I insisted on paying him for his gas. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him.

The pro was prompt in responding to my call and came immediately when there was a problem with a Have-A-Heart trap. He quickly put in 2 new traps which worked well and quite fast. He again came back to my house as soon as I let him know the little animal had been caught. I'd ask for this pro again. Very good job!

Use Trap Tech!! He assessed the situation, told me I could do it myself and he didn't charge me, gave me free mouse traps as well, I would highly recommend using Trap Tech!
