Over promised. What a disappointment. Transform is remembered daily.

There are two sides to every story.....Carol M. is obviously using ServiceMagic Rating as her "smokescreen" for her personal financial problems. This client was indecisive, obstinate, and micromanaged this small bedroom/bath remodel. Project was started during Holiday season with client's family visiting during construction.We still are awaiting substantial payments due for completed/finished project due to client's lack of financial capacity and insufficient funds. Project was completed "as promised"(and more so!)with smiles, hugs and handshakes despite non-payment issues and pending litigation. Feel free to ask us our version of this story
