These folks are great at drywall repair. However, we made the mistake of hiring them finish a half bathroom... and we are still discovering sloppy work. To their credit, they came back at least once to fix a leak (which was obviously their responsibility). However, basic things are still not quite right... they used clear caulking instead of standard white in the bathroom; hot and cold on the faucet were backwards; painters tape is visible behind the base moulding (not sure why). And the crew rushed out after they finished that bathroom - almost like they knew it was a sloppy job. Jeramy, please consider coming back to address these issues.

They were very efficient and finished the job ahead of schedule. They did a great job.

The person we had did a low quality job. There are bubbles in the wall that cracked when I pushed on them. The rest was left rough. It is not paint ready. There was plaster slopped on the base boards and left to dry. All in all a very low quality job.

We were very pleased with this company. He was honest, clean, helpful, and did a beautiful job.

I hired Trade Mark Design for drywall repairs. What impressed me the most was the owner Jeramie's personal interest in the job his employees were doing and making sure I was completely satisfied with the job. Unfortunately, certain aspects of the job did not go perfectly and I did have to call them back a second time to follow up on some items, but the fact that Jeramie stood behind the work 100% and even offered an adjustment to the price for my inconvenience (without me having to ask!) was nice to see and that counts a lot in my book. I would recommend Trade Mark Design and even consider using them again.

This is a copy of my email to the owner. Jearmie, I wish that you had valued me enough as a customer return to my home and inspect the work that your crew did. They left running paint to dry on my trim. They left white drips of paint on my wall. There is blue visible in the room that was blue. I find it hard to belive that they applied one coat of primer and two coats of Benjamin Moore mid grade paint and left this result. They also did not fill all of the nail holes in the trim. So, nail holes are visible in the trim. Also, you originally quoted me a price of $1325.00 for three rooms to include installing crown moulding...more

This is a copy of my reply to Mr. L, everything has been resolved and I have made sure everyone was happy. Hello Mr L I apologize for not seeing the end result to the work we did. I had stopped by couple of times while it was being done and it should have been done correctly. I will gladly take care of all items that need attention and if the blue room bled thru we will put another coat as needed and definetely fill in all nail holes that were missed. I honestly cannot remember what we had discussed as far as the crown molding goes but will be more than happy to credit you $100 back just for the missunderstanding on my part

Paint speckles were left on floor; I was hoping not to see any of those.

Jeramie was excellent in his service. Arrived right on time, was reasonably flexible to the changes we asked on the contract he had given before and also worked the same way he committed to. I am really happy to have used service magic for my project. We also liked his dad's excellent work , we would hire them any day for quality and best value for money.

Top notch, arrived same time each day and there was allowable time in their schedule to add other areas that required caulking and painting and only required one addtional day. The finshed project was great! I would call on them again for any future painting.
