My husband and I were most pleased with Mr. Mitchell. He understood our situation and was quite thorough and professional in his evaluation of our property-a 93 yr. old house. His final report was prompt and included everything we might need to answer any questions a prospective buyer of our property may have. We were more than satisfied. He treated our small project with the same respect and professionalism that one might suspect only larger more expensive projects would receive. He was worth every penny of his quite reasonable fee. We highly recommend him.

Very knowledgeable and able to accommodate my clients communication issues. Very prompt and detailed in his inspection and presentation of results. Tracy inspected a 1800's farm house for my buyers. I will use him again if I need a structural engineer.

Tracy is a professional you can trust, he's not trying to sell you anything just gives an honest evaluation. He will make sure you're happy and is always avaliable even after you've paid. He isn't cheap but he will save you money.
