Tim and Wes were very professional and did unbelievable work on the big deck job and accomodated all my little picky requests. Out of five deck estimates I received, Tim was the only one who recommended a way to "fix" the deck. Our deck was sagging into our house and was able to fix the problem and fix many other little eyesore areas on the house, roof and chimney. Tim and Wes work well together and listened closely to me. They were a pleasure to work with! The estimates for the many jobs Tim e-mailed me were written very clearly and were reasonable amounts.

Could not expect any better (price or service). Nice job on the replacement. The problem leak is gone and it looks better than before.

Customer service was great. When he was here he was friendly and answered all my questions. The only reason I didn't give him a 5 is because there were one or two finishing details that weren't done. On the other hand he did figure out how to replace my deck boards in a manner that saved me money on material costs.

Concerning Tracy Home Improvement: Happy to grade Mr. Tracy at five stars. Prompt service, good work, anticipated what needed to be done before I detailed my problem. cheerfull, knowledgeable, happy to ;go the extra mile" without being asked. reasonable price for relatively small job that many others showed no interest in.
