We changed the project to include the full garage. I would use this contractor again and even recommended to a neighbor. My problem was and is that the experienced employee left first day trainees to perform the bulk of the job with the result that there is some gouging of the garage concrete floor that they were grinding also some smooth areas were missed. Also the experienced sub contractor left a first day trainee to perform the power blasting after doing half the perimeter. The problem was that he didn't leave any tools beyond the blaster, magnet, and vacuum. Luckily I had plenty of tools including a cotter pin for the wheeled magnet.

Towne Properties installed a stamped concrete step and walkway for us. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We're extremely happy with the finished result and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

When I signed a contract with TowneScapes, a division of TowneProperties, Tim Frazier assured me my drive would be repaired and resurfaced in one day - in a few hours. Asphalt sealer was first applied on October 4, leaving major cracks and holes (such as the slit for the electric dog fence and the division between garage and blacktop) unfilled. After a visit by Tim, they returned on October 15 and again left cracks and holes untreated and tar smeared on the wall of the house. It has been more than three weeks since the original application and the repairs have not been made although Tim recently assured me it would be done "ASAP." I

Overall I am very pleased with the finished results from Towne Scapes (concrete division of Towne Properties) as the end result is exactly what I was looking for. The only area for improvement in this particular experience is that communication with me for scheduling could have existed. Twice I called days after a missed appointment to see when the next scheduled day would be. I expect that a business will call to make appointments and if for some reason that doesn't happen, the business should call to reschedule right away.

Unfortunately we were going through an office manager transition and there were a couple information hand-offs that were not complete. This issue has been addressed
