Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
This contractor offered us an excellent deal to remove two existing HVAC systems and replace them, including installing new ductwork for one system. We did have some problems, including a miswired thermostat and a poor job of repairing holes in the drywall made during the installation, but the contractor resolved these to our satisfaction. The price was definitely better than more well-known HVAC companies in the area. One caution: we were not told that we should have gotten a permit for this work (found out later while doing research for another project). Always insist on a permit, it's the law!

I was pleasantly surprised to find the installation was extremely professional and I am more than pleased with the entire process. Frankly, I was surprised at the great pricing and was afraid the service would not be as good as it was. I would recommend them to anyone.

I found Towne Lake Air Conditioning and Heating through this website. I had never done business with them before. We needed a new AC unit installed for our upstairs and have been on a tight budget. Towne Lake was able to work within our budget and give us a name brand unit that is a little larger than the one we had. The service was excellent, the guys who came and did the install were courteous and stayed in contact by phone to let us know their estimated time of arrival. They also cleaned up after themselves and hauled away our old unit. I would call on this company again in a heart beat!

Randy, Rob, and Joseph were very easy to work with, extremely honest, and very cost effective. We replaced bot the lower and upper A/C units and furnaces. They were able to complete the job in one day within their estimate. They were very respectful of our home and property. We are rather picky who we work with and these guys were very professional.
