I liked Maria. See wanted to know what I wanted, if it was done to my satisfaction, and she did more than I would have done on a cleaning day myself.

Project: Hire a Handyman
My schedule can sometimes be hectic, but Bonny was able to work with it and made scheduling the work very easy. Jaime did excellent work on my chimney. I could see that he does repairs the way he would want it done. 5 stars for Town Star.!

I found my cleaner to be no different from any others. She was late both days even tho we discussed times. Received numerous calls while here which I feel led to hurrying to get done. She didn't do some of the ceiling fans(you can see the dust build-up) or window ledges or blinds. Not a bang up job, just fair. Employer told me to work times out with the cleaner, not her. Got a phone call to tell me she would be late- 2 hours after the fact. Gave employer garage code but it wasn't passed on to cleaner. Am going to try someone else.

I am very impressed with Bonny and her team! The cleaning was thorough and even some additional things were done that I didn't expect! On the first visit, a couple of things were missed, but the following visit was fantastic. I'm very pleased!

The office was prompt in returning my call and was able to provide the service on short notice to accommodate my schedule. The house cleaner was professional, attentive to instructions, and fast and thorough in cleaning . She worked very hard and stayed until everything I requested was done.

Although the maid did well on what she tackled, several things were left undone and quite a bit of my items were not put back in a logical or prior place. It left more work for me to do.
