Chuck Eichbaum, the owner of the company believes in giving each customer the personalized service and attention they deserve. He will provide an in-depth consultation for each project, and will then recommend the best selection of equipment and custom system design to meet each customer's specific desires. Total Security, LLC is an authorized dealer for Elan Home Systems and a wide range of state of the art audio and media equipment including Klipse speakers, Sunfire Audio, Denon, and Fujitsu Plasma televisions. **Total Security LLC Does Not Rent or Lease any equipment at any time.** You may be assured that your custom system is professionally installed and properly designed by Total Security's long-term, experienced technicians. indicated two people would come, one came, price was 1 1/2x what was quoted. Technician didn't appear familiar with equipment, even though I had sent pictures etc. It took him over 6 hours for a job that should of taken 2 or 3. Not happy at all.
