Rick was wonderful in helping me with a confusing insurance claim- the work was top notch and finished ahead of time with no inconvenience to us at all. I would definately recommend them and have them back anytime!

They were timely and did a good job. We had one problem which they addressed timely.

We built a 1248 sqr foot 2 story addition connected to our existing Colonial with a basement garage underneath. Rick and his crew were great. One of his crews, a 2 man crew consiting of Dave and Scott handled most of the job other than electrical and plumbing. Dave and Scott's attention to detail, pride in workmanship, expertise, and overall knowledge were top notch.. Total Remodeler was excellent to deal with, addressed all our concerns, and was always accessible. Rick and his crew always showed up on time for any appointment. They worked hard every day rarely taking a break. Rick was also one of the more competive of the prices we recieved.

We designed and built a large family room and wrap around porch in the back of a home that we actually built 23 years ago. We installed 8' french doors and many windows. We finished the interior room with ship lap knotty pine. We installed a large covered porch. The project came out great, although it was being built in inclement weather. Owners where great to work with

We built a large 2-story addition. Rick was fantastic. His initial presentation and price was better than anyone else’s'. The one and only negative was that the project took longer than expected. We were told it would take 3 months, but it took 6 months. Other than timing, the job was well done and exactly to our detailed specifications. Rick answered his cell phone every time I called and answered all questions and concerns immediately. His 2 full-time guys were friendly and hard working and thoughtful with regards to my young children. We all felt minimal disruption with a phenomenal end product. I would strongly recommend T.R!!

We designed and constructed an addition to the back of the existing newer home. We added a family room as well as 2 bedrooms on there second floor. We modified one bedroom to a functional office. We also put in a full foundation with a door to enter from the existing basement. We also installed a beautifully maintenance free deck in the back. We installed a 6' double glass French pocket door and a pass though window from kitchen to the new family room. Through the entire process the existing living space was functional and livable. The project did not interfere with the customers daily lives. Customers were great to work with.

I had a few small issues, but Rick always aimed to please. Just do not expect your job to be done without a mess, or quickly!

Rick did a fantastic job. The project expanded into a complete remodeling of the interior living spaces: kitchen, eating area, bathroom, laundry, window replacements, new hardwood flooring, new ceramic tiling, walls, doors and closets. Rick and his team were a pleasure to work with and Rick had a lot of good ideas and options to improve the design. I'd be happy to talk with anyone considering his services.

When Jeff first called us, he was just in the process of purchasing this waterfront home. At first they just wanted to repair a few items. When we started looking around, We came up with some great remodeling ideas to make the home more appealing. I designed the modifications (Take out walls, build new walls, new bathroom, kitchen, roof, floors, front porch) and many other items. The job came out very nice and the customers were very happy with the final product. These modifications added a lot of value to the home. Much of the work was done while customers lived there. Very nice people to work with.

The above rating should be excellent. Work had to be done in a short period of time. He said he would do it, and he did. Cabinets, ceiling, painting, new floor, installation of wall mounted microwave, dishwasher, stove, etc., ---- a major overhaul. Done on time and done well. Total Remodeler is highly recommended. We constructed a nice addition to the front of there home. This squared off the house and gave them more living space in there living room. Bob was very nice to work with. We designed and constructed the project
