Very professional and knowledgeable

Total Property Services did quality work on the drywall repairs in a short time that we needed it to be repaired. The only thing that keeps me from providing a 5 rating is that they did not do an acceptable job cleaning the drywall dust upon completion of the repair work.

At the end of their very busy day they took the time to obtain all supplies needed for the project and installed, tested and briefed me on maintenance, etc. I will use them as much as possible in the future.

Both people involved showed up when they had said they would be there and completed the job in the prescribed time. After further examination of the job I am having to get another contractor to reposition one of the walls. West wall is 3/4 inch off and in order to install sheet rock I would have to shim the sheet rock. Also by being off this much the outside siding will not match without extensive corrective action.

In this case, the existing walls were out of square on the patio space this client wanted enclosed. However, he only hired us to do the framing, windows & doors. He wanted to try the rest himself. We split the difference of the misaligned wall. This would require a couple tricks used in construction to diminish these flaws. Our recommendation is to have a professional finish a job if you don't have the experience to complete it yourself. We also encourage our clients to call us back as we guarantee our work. When you call TPS, we're able to turn that lemon into lemonade!

David was awesome! Called him bc our AC was out and needed our ceiling fan fixed and he was over in a few hrs! Made sure to help me when I was in a bind even though I called at the last minute. Very polite and friendly! Will be calling him again for future handyman needs!
