Jack was super professional, very knowledgable and friendly, and answered all my questions. He was very thorough during the inspection, and printed out an awesome report (with all the photos imbedded) before he even left the premises, which was great as I had to respond to the seller that day! He reviewed the entire report with me, e mailed it to me, and was available via phone for any questions later. Too bad all home inspectors arent this good. A+
