Of all the contractors that estimated my vinyl siding and roofing project, Total Exteriors offered the best materials at the best price. The roof was done first. The roof came out beautiful, very professional and very clean. Next was the siding. An outstanding job by Flavio and his guys who communicated with us to make sure it was done to how we liked it. The siding came out much better then we could of imagined. Very professional and precise. We have gotten so many compliments on their work. Good communication also with Maria in their home office. Everything was explained thoroughly. Very happy and would recomend them.

You get one of those drawn out sales pitches, but it was done well, Rodney French was down to earth and easy to talk/listen to. 'Total' came back with a better price than the original, a competitive price compared with others and their "lifetime guarantee" seems good. The process was quick, signing the contract, getting the town permit, and starting the job. The workers were hard at work and finished the job in 2 days. They spoke "broken english" but were cooperative in communication those couple days. The house is 100 years old and the siding has made an incredible difference in curb appeal, an appreciation of what your coming home to.

Many things were not as I expected. That could be that I was not familiar with replacement windows as opposed to new construction. Windows were to be installed at MY convenience. Maria called to schedule installation for July 3 which was not a good day for me since I was away for the holiday weekend. Due to my work schedule, I could not have an installation for two or three weeks. She told me that was not possible since the windows can only be in the warehouse for a week. Well nobody told me that prior to her phone call. Not enough space for me to continue

Sales person was very professional and knowledgeable but was very aggressive when it came time to making decision.Installation coordinator Maria was not professional and very nasty,she almost caused me to cancel project..Installers did quality work,they could of cleaned up a little better..The windows,sliding glass door and entry door are very good quality,which i was worried about because i never heard of the brand they use..Overall i am very satisfied with my decision,if it wasn't for Maria Total Exteriors would've gotten a 5 star rating..

PROS: Showed up on time, Courteous, Craftsmanship good (not excellent), Finished the project in 1 day, Cleaned up well (with my broom) CONS: Broke my doorbell and said nothing, Left the protective plastic on the exterior frame & sash and caulked over it, 'borrowed' some wood strips The real plus is that the workers showed up on time and did what they said they would do. That is a very big positive and the reason that I would recommend them. The broken doorbell and borrowed wood strips are not really a big deal - the big deal is that they did not discuss with me!

Staff was professional and courteous. My wife and I are satisfied with the products used, workmanship and professionalism from the office staff. We would use them in the future as well as recommend them to others.
