i would of like to have the job finished up right away. unfortunately, fred went on vacation the week after christmas so, the job wont be completed until after the first of the year. i would have expected the rat boxes to be placed immediately.

Fred the service tech is great.. great family owned business.

We haven' t seen a bug since the day Total Pest Contol Contol was here. He did above and beyond what we expected.This was on the first trip. We thank you.

My tenants were impressed with their service.

I would have given a higher rating except the technicians left the floor dirty and screen off the window. Overall they did the work in a timely manner and were carefull not cause any damage to the property.

We explained to the customer that this is normal when the tent is taken off due to a mask having to be worn in the structure due to the levels of gas. The floor is normally swept/cleaned up and screen put back in. In this case the customer's brother lived in the structure and needed to get back in the next day and customer met the technician at the home and our normal protocol wasn't followed due to the rushed nature. We offered to clean it up and put the screen back in but the owner had already done it and said it was taken care of.

The bee problem was worse than expected but they returned repeatedly to take care of the problem till it was completed. I was very pleased with the outcome and was then able to continue other repairs. Termite inspection was good and the treatment was impressive. The hole was fixed in the wall but I am still waiting for the suffit to be repaired or sealed up. Don't need any more critters...

Just great! Quoted a price and stuck to it. Very thorough, professional job. No pests seen since treatment. Five stars all the way.

Fred was very personalable and professionable. He was in and out of my condo in about thirty minutes, and covered many areas. He really seemed to know the pest business, as well as the customer service end of the business. It is always important to me to have a service show up on time since I am not retired. He was very punctual, and even called when he was running 15 minutes late. I cannot rate the chemicals and how well they work since he just applied them yesterday.
