Project: Install Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Hired Total Climate Control to replace an aging forced hot air, oil-fired furnace. Their bid was competitive and their scheduling prompt. They installed a well-known make/model furnace that had good reviews online. The only issue we had was that our furnace had a defective sensor that caused the blower to run continuously. In spite of this, I give Total Climate Control 5 stars because they stayed on top of the problem and in contact with us. They performed a temporary fix to the sensor and when the new part arrived they replaced the defective one all under warranty and in a timely manner. Everything is working great now.

The service person corrected the immediate problem with the AC, a clogged filter. However, he did not check the AC charge so we will have to have somebody out again.

The initial meeting was good, the price was right, the crew arrived on time however they did take longer than originally estimated. There was a leak that we noticed the following day and it wasn't made clear that it wasn't something of concern since it would stop on its own. Unfortunately we didn't here back from them until we called for the yearly maintenance and then indicated that the leak hadn't been addressed. That was when the part that was leaking was finally replaced. In all, even though the crew that came to do the work did a good job the person who is in charge of scheduling and customer service should be following up better.
