these folks worked with a time limit. they did a nice job, a good job, i would have them come back again, but next time, i will let them have the time they need to do a complete job. I will hire them again, this summer.

Very accomodating to my schedule, prompt and good communication. Overall job well worth the money after a four month renovation project. Staff could have brought a few more specialty products to clean tub and a couple of floor stains, for example, but follow up visit by staff before they left site addressed these concerns.

I've only one visit by an LLC employee, but I was very pleased with the job the worker did. The worker was a little late, but I think her work was so good, it didn't really matter in the long run.

All of the cleanings have been good, at a great price. But the last cleaning I had was excellent! Very detailed and attentive to every area of the house. Would definitely recommend this service.

They took the extra time to establish a trusted relationship and to listen to my concerns. I've only had 2 visits so far -- but am hopeful of a continued working relationship.

Paid a lot of money for first cleaning. But not worth it, did not wash kitchen floor, for example. Also used a broken Vacuum cleaner that did not clean well. When I called to cancel the service, I was told I was rude and he hung up on me. Save your money and aggravationl

I really wish we would have had the opportunity to make it right. When someone calls and just says you did horrible and does not allow you a chance to make it right, that is tough. I also had my supervisor out at the job site to check in and she was told everything was going great. She was even told that the client had not seen two employees work as hard as the two employees we sent him. We don't claim to be perfect, but we will always fix our mistakes and deliver what it is we say we are going to do, as long as we have the opportunity to do so.

the women that came to clean was exceptional sweet, but we found that she forgot major parts of cleaning the house.

I really wish we had an opportunity to make this right. All I received was an email stating you'd no longer need our services. I responded to your email within 3 minutes of receiving it and then never heard back. There is a reason we have a 24 hour guarantee, where if you are not completely satisfied we tell you to call or email our office and we'll be glad to come back out to make it right. If given the opportunity we would have more then been able to make this experience for you a pleasant one.
