I met with Theo Vieyra from Total Access Control & Overhead.  He came to my home within an hour which was nice, however...He told me that I need bracing for the door and my arm for the garage door turned around.  Wanted to charge me $280.00 for this.  That is outrageous!  It would take him about 45mins to 1hour tops.  Maybe a $20.00 to $30.00 dollar metal bar and some screws.  I do not understand why someone would want to do business this way!  It is so sad that we can not even get some help that is reputable!   Oh and before he left he said he would knock $100.00 off at that point I did not trust him!  SAD where is honesty?
