The only reason that I rated this company with a 4.5 for customer service is that the final bill had a charge for dump fees that was not in the orginal quote. That said, let me state the very, very good points about this work. The walnut tree that they removed was located very close to my house and my neighbors, with part of the tree hangng over my fireplace and roof. Not only did they remove it with care they also cleaned off my roof, gutters and back porch. I was so pleased that I had them remove a large limb hanging over the electrical wires in my back yard. Even with the extra work their price beat all the other quotes I had received

absolutly horrible he told me one thing and did another I'm still waiting for him to come back and finish the job. He said he would be by today...no show no call or anything DO NOT USE!!!

first time to hire anyone and wish Ihad done it years ago it was a great experience .Ihired them for cleanup and ended up having them weed and mulch my front yard .Ismile everyday when Icome home from work because it looks so nice .They are going to do my mowing this year and help with the back yard Iam a senior citizen and now Ican sit back and enjoy.There price was very fair and they showed up when they said they would .Very happy customer.

This is the second year I have hired Tornado to do fall clean-up of my yard. Carlos arrived at my house within 20 minutes of my call to give a quotation, the crew arrived the next day and left the yard spotless (leaf-less!) in less than an hour. Amazing! I will call Tornado for all of my lawn and tree service needs in the future.
