Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Project is complete. High quality materials used (3D shingles). New ridge vent. Roof looks great. Dumpster sat in my driveway for 10 days, but due to a mix up at the dumpster rental company not Top to Bottom's. Friendly workers. Installed in 2 days.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
He was over 1.5 hours late for the initial quote visit. He said he would call back the following morning (Wednesday) to schedule a time. He did not call. He said he would call back on Thursday to schedule a time. He did not call. A different person showed up Thursday without warning to fix the roof. He said he was contracted through the company. However, the roof was fixed.

I was contacted by phone within 5 minutes of my request, he came to my house the same afternoon, and the project was expertly completed on the next work day - as described and for the quoted price which was very reasonable.

I had them come out with some specific vinyl siding repairs, he went above and beyond to showed me where I had some holes in other pieces of vinyl siding that he was able to patch up very well.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
House roof and Covered deck roof were stripped, plywood replaced where necessary, felt paper, shingles, chimney sheathing, vents, all done in a single day! Soffits were repaired, trash hauled away, yard swept with high-powered magnet, and honestly a bunch of leaves cleaned up too. My gutters were cleaned out as a bonus! Prices were competitive. Workers friendly, professional, and did good work fast!
