I can sum up my appraisal of Jake and his team (John Oyler, etc.)'s work in one word: Excellent! I had two projects: a screened-in porch and new flooring in kitchen and foyer. I keep getting compliments on both from neighbors, family, and friends. I am extremely pleased with all my dealings with Jake. Jake is very professional, honest and straight-forward in his dealings. If he says he will do something, you can count on him to do it and do it well. He and John have also gone the "extra mile" in several things: extra detail on ceiling of porch; making sure pets were in safe/sound if I could not get home in time are just two examples .

Project: Addition to Existing Structure - Build
Delayed delivery by several months. Promised delivery around Christmas and delivered end of March, excuses and constant blame on others for delays, delivered a smaller deck than agreed upon, threats to stop work. The site and inside of the house was left messy for over 4 months, full of dirt and dust.
