Workers arrived on time and finished quicker than I would have expected, and at a reasonable price. They did a great job- my driveway looks fantastic! I had to fill in new soil around the edges and clean up some debris, but other than that slight negative, I am very happy with the work and would recommend Top Tier to anyone.

Paul from Top Tier Homes lived up to the name of his company! I have one of the steepest driveways ever seen and Paul's team did a great job! I have no idea how you pour concrete on such a steep angle but they did it and the job looks perfect. From start to finish it only took 3 days and my project was handled professionaly and at the same costs of the proposal, no hidden fees! Five Stars! Paul, you guys ROCK!

I initially had a nice level concrete walk from my driveway to my front stoop for about 4 years. It had heaved and cracked this winter. They replaced my walk and it is worse than the heaved and cracked one. It is not level and it is very sloped. They raised the level of the concrete which then required the walk to be sloped to meet the driveway. They told me I need to buy and bring in stone to raise the landscaping to avoid too much errosion. Clearly they changed the elevation of the concrete. They also damaged my bushes and lawn. Their attitude is pretty much - tough live with it. Very disappointing.

The old sidewalk was not to current code. The sidewalk had sunk down, by a few inches, from the front stoop causing the new sidewalk to be different than old. We had no choice but to raise the level of the sidewalk to meet the step height code. We also left the level of the sidewalk to the grass and to the driveway, like the old. This was explained when the sidewalk was completed. The bushes were overgrown the sidewalk and step. They were cut back to allow for work to be completed. The lawn, as expected, had minor damaged that one bag of topsoil and seed repaired.

The project went well. The weather was the challenge. The crew was moving and doing the work to keep ahead of the weather, rain was a problem. Even the neighbors approved of the new driveway. My new driveway is excellent, because of a great crew.
