First visit they appeared to work hard, but they rushed & failed to clean properly. I explained what they had missed and I had them come back a second time. This time they wizzed through the house in 2.5 hours not enough time to clean it properly and we had discussed this fact. They took my check $120 and then have not responded to my 3 calls asking them to come back & do the job properly(previously Rich returned calls immedietely.) Hutch was completely covered in dust, mirrors are smeared, items pointed out as missed were left missed. KItchen cabinets smeary, dirty and still have cleaner on them ...very poor very disappointed

Rich and co worker did an excellent job. they did forget one thing i asked them to do but the work they had to do i understand. my house looks open and cleaner. i am glad they came and hope to see them every friday or so...thanks

Very thorough,,Some of my rooms were a mess and dirt.They moved furniture straighted books,the cleaned from ceiling to wood work.Yo u had to see m jouse before and aftr to appreciate how the clean..ver very good.

they came the next day after i called and they did overall a great job. however they didnt move couches and dust remained under them. and there were w few spots where they didnt move stuff to clean under them. we needed to have everything cleaned for the health of our daughter and we believe they did achieve that.
