I am VERY satisfied and impressed. They were very professional on the phone, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to explain what they would be doing and what the cost would be. I chose them mostly because of their professionalism on the phone, although their quote was also the lowest. The rep showed up on time, and was extremely thorough and very professional. He spent a very long time diagnosing the issue and giving recommendations on how to address it. He removed his shoes at the door.He asked if it was OK to stand on the bed to reach a vent. I don't think I have ever encountered such a polite and courteous contractor.
