Project: Hire a Handyman
I had Top Notch seal and paint my window lintels, and regrout some areas that showed decay. Top Notch did a great job on the window lintels, but missed on the regrout. A key aspect of the regrouting was to color-match to the existing grout. Rather than do a test-area, Top Notch mixed and applied the grout without testing, and the resulting color was not only NOT a match, it was pink. This affected 9 exterior windows. When I raised the issue, Top Notch did nothing to remedy it.

I worked with Top Notch Building on a smaller residential job this week and was extremely please with the following: 1) Communication with Ed and his team was upfront and honest 2) Top Notch completed each project on time and within budget 3) Ed and his team were extremely courteous to myself and my family 4) Top Notch actually went above and beyond what was laid out in the original work plan - when was the last time a contractor did that for you without an additional charge? 5) After they completed their work, they spent time cleaning to make my house look like it did before they came I highly recommend Top Notch to others.
