Matt called immediately. Gave me a price over the phone after I sent him pictures of my lock via smartphone and stuck to that price. He was friendly and helpful and came within the hour of my request. I highly recommend Top Lock!

Matt took the time to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction. There were some delays I caused and Matt did not get angry. I asked Matt to look over a few things a second and third time and he was happy to take the time.

Matt from Top Lock was very professional and friendly. He called immediately following my inquiry and was able to come the same day. He called when he was running a little late. He went through the process of the job and completed it according to plan.
